These programs provide individual counseling, support groups, conflict resolution, and other resources as needed. Counselors are usually certified professionals in the field and are available to help with a variety of mental health issues. The programs can be tailored to the specific needs of the individual and they offer a safe and supportive environment to process psychological issues.
