Giving Assistance to the Eldery
Many elders feel fulfilled by their job, not just because it provided them with a steady income but also because they had the opportunity to make meaningful connections with the seniors who lived in the building. By engaging in conversations with them and lending an ear to their life stories, They were able to brighten their days and give them the support and guidance they needed.
They enjoyed their job so much that, after just one year, many of them became a staple at the facility. Even when with health deteriorated, they still remained an integral part of the community. To them, there were nothing better than knowing that a job allowed them to give back to the community and that they were making a difference.
