LEGAL AID
Brazilcares Inc., is a nonprofit organization that provides legal assistance and advice to individuals who cannot afford private attorneys. We serve the elderly, disabled, children, survivors of domestic violence, and people who have income and resource limits.
We believe that everyone should have access to justice, regardless of income.
Through direct legal assistance, education, outreach, and advocacy, Brazilcares Inc., provides help to people from all walks of life in their pursuit of justice and helps them navigate the complexities of the legal system.
These services include direct representation, know your rights education, advice, representation in administrative hearings, court-appointed legal representation, legal clinics, and policy initiatives.
Our goal is to ensure that people have the resources and knowledge necessary to pursue their legal rights, enabling them to get access to the help they need and stand up for themselves and their families.
